Equity Outpost does not in any way express or implied, represent, warranty or endorse any property, person, agent or entity providing information on this site.

Release of Liability: Equity Outpost, LLC, EquityOutpost.com, any subsidiary, or any officer or employee are hereby released from any harm, real or imagined, incurred by the client(s). Equity Outpost is acting solely as a real estate marketing firm and should not be considered, by any parties, as a REALTOR® or broker for the client. Equity Outpost will provide web advertising and real estate marketing services through www.equityoutpost.com and has not been retained as a listing agent or selling agent in any contractual capacity. This contract releases Equity Outpost and any subsidiaries from liabilities that include, but are not limited to the following: buyer / seller contract disputes; buyer / seller implied performance; buyer / seller promises; information accuracy; competitor's asking prices, discounts, property details, listing ID#s, information typographical errors; lost marketing time; and technical problems involving hosting, site operations, or consumer's internet connection. Furthermore, the Authorized Agent / Seller releases Equity Outpost and any subsidiary from any cause resulting in a failure to close transaction as well as any REALTOR® or broker regulations.

Seller Provided Information Responsibility: Authorized Agent / Seller acknowledge that he/she has a legal right to sell and market this property. The Authorized Agent / Seller assume all responsibility that the information pertaining to the subject property is accurate. Authorized Agent / Seller releases Equity Outpost, LLC, EquityOutpost.com, and any subsidiary from any responsibility or liability for information published on this site that is inaccurate or that could be construed as potentially misleading. It is also the Authorized Agent / Seller's responsibility to furnish any requested or required disclosures on the subject property should they be requested and follow State and Federal regulations when selling real estate to any interested buyers or interested parties. Furthermore, it is the Authorized Agent / Seller's responsibility to notify and obtain approval for any outside marketing efforts if he/she is currently entered into a listing contract with a broker.

Seller's Motivation & Discount: The Authorized Agent / Seller agree to provide a truthful and accurate estimate of the competition's average asking price, discount, and motivation of the seller and the subject property. Agent / Seller assumes all responsibility of providing information to be advertised on the site as well as the price advertised on the subject property. Authorized Agent / Seller also assume responsibility for all information advertised regarding the property features and any information involving their listing. 

Privacy Policy

Equity Outpost does not sell site users information. Due to periodic changes on the internet, Equity Outpost may need to update this Privacy Policy at any given time to provide a more detailed agreement to this policy. Any continued site use will be subject to the updated Privacy Policy.

Information Gathering: From time to time Equity Outpost may gather basic information to be used in membership sign up, statistical analysis or future product enhancements. At no time do we gather information to be used, sold or distributed without your knowledge or agreement. Any information gathered through property inquiries, marketing member sign ups, or credit card transactions are securely stored on our server hosted by IMAVEX Corporation. Furthermore, this information is only obtained with your knowledge and agreement.

Information Disclosure: We don’t share your personal identifiable information with any third party, unless agreed, or unless we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority. The only additional way your information would be transferred to another company or entity is to a successor upon a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization in which Equity Outpost takes part in. Any successor entity shall be bound by the existing privacy policy.

Cookies: The site may use small text files called cookies to improve overall site experience. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive that we use to help store your preferences as you navigate our site. The site does not store sensitive personal data such as passwords, or names in cookies. The site may track the total number of visitors to our site, the number of visitors to each page on our site, etc.

Site User Responsibility: It is at all times the site user’s responsibility to safeguard any passwords to their account and verify the correct information on the site as it pertains to their interest. At no time shall Equity Outpost, its’ officers, partners, or staff assume the responsibility to govern or police these items for its marketing members or site users.

Marketing Member Account Sharing: At NO TIME shall a marketing member share his/her password or marketing account to market a property that he/she is not the noted listing agent of record. Marketing members must obtain an individual account and membership in order to market their own listed properties. Mass listings marketed under one broker account is strictly prohibited unless specifically agreed to in writing with a member of the Executive Management of Equity Outpost.
