Fact #3 Real estate agents are highly aware of the best buyer opportunities in their listing pipeline but struggle to get them noticed and the recognition they deserve. Fact #4 Buyers DO exist in the marketplace but most are frustrated, exhausted and overwhelmed with the abyss of inventory to decipher. At the end of day, buyers still can’t easily find what they are looking for…the best deal.
